Our Magician approaches that partnership from a different angle: the trick works, but the animal emerging from the hat suits the magician’s own tastes. The familiar expectation of a rabbit makes the mouse the punch line. It is a small change that turns a recognizable performance into a distinctly feline scene.
Obverse Design
A grinning cat in a bow tie and theatrical cape performs behind a top hat resting on a table. One paw lifts a mouse by its tail above the opening while the other holds a wand. The whiskers, bared teeth and confident pose give the magician plenty of personality, with open space around the figure keeping attention on the reveal.
Reverse Design
The large Intaglio Mint logo anchors the reverse within a plain border. Weight and purity inscriptions with flanking stars complete the design. The straightforward mint reverse balances the playful character of the obverse.
