Flat Earth – 1 Troy Ounce .999 Fine Silver Round

A whole world, flattened into silver. The Flat Earth round turns one of the internet’s most recognizable conspiracy theories into a bold visual curiosity, with a disc-shaped planet suspended among the stars. It is a conversation piece about belief, evidence, and the strange imagery that grows around an enduring idea.

An Ancient Question, a Modern Conspiracy

Evidence for a spherical Earth predates satellites by more than two thousand years. Aristotle pointed to the curved shadow Earth casts on the Moon during a lunar eclipse. Around 240 BCE, Eratosthenes went further, using the difference in the Sun’s angle at two locations to estimate the planet’s circumference.

The ingenuity of that measurement is part of the fascination: sunlight, shadows, distance, and geometry could reveal the scale of a world no one had yet photographed from space. Modern flat-Earth claims reject that established understanding and recast contrary evidence as deception. The round portrays the conspiracy’s imagined world, not a scientific model of our planet.

Within the Conspiracy Theories Series, the subject becomes an invitation to look closely at how ideas are pictured. Its impossible planetary disc is immediately legible in relief, giving an abstract claim a memorable physical form.

Obverse Design

The Earth appears as a flat disc floating in space, with the Sun above and stars surrounding it. The composition makes the theory’s central premise the focus, creating a miniature cosmic scene across the silver surface.

Reverse Design

An All-Seeing Eye is partly enclosed by a ribbon carrying CONSPIRACY THEORIES. Beneath the eye, the hallmark reads 1 TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER. The eye and banner connect the round to the shared visual language of its series.
