You can revisit and change your consent at any time by clicking the consent icon that appears in the lower-left corner of the Site.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. - Right to delete: you may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (including AML, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations).
- Right to correct: you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent any of our analytics or advertising activities constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA, you may opt out by emailing [email protected].
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: you may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers used for AML/KYC) to the purposes specifically permitted under the CCPA. We use such information only for permitted purposes.

IRV.COM is based in the United States and the Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site or purchase products from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We do not knowingly market to or solicit customers in jurisdictions where doing so would violate local law.

13. Information Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of payment-card data in transit, restricted access to systems containing sensitive information, employee training, and vendor due diligence. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or stored by us.
14. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry standard for how to interpret these signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can manage cookies and other tracking technologies as described in Section 7.
