Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) — processed immediately at checkout.
  • ACH Bank Transfer — typically clears in 1–3 business days.
  • Bank Wire Transfer — fastest option for large orders; clears same day when received during business hours.
  • Personal & Business Checks — held up to 10 business days for funds to clear before shipping.

Why Prices Change During the Day

Precious metal prices move continuously with the global spot price. Our product prices update in real time based on that spot price plus a small premium. Once you complete checkout and your order is confirmed, your price is locked — provided payment is received on time.

Payment Timing

Credit card and ACH payments are processed at checkout. Wire transfers and checks should be initiated within two (2) business days of order confirmation so we can begin fulfillment. Orders not paid within this window are subject to cancellation.

Fulfillment & Order Processing

What Happens After You Order

  • Order Confirmation — Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and itemized receipt.
  • Payment Clearance — We wait for your payment to clear (see timing above).
  • Compliance Review — New customers and large orders pass through a brief risk assessment to protect both you and us from fraud.
  • Packaging — In-stock items are packed by hand, insured, and prepared for the day’s carrier pickup.
  • Shipping Notification — You receive a second email with your tracking number when the package leaves our facility.

How Long Until It Ships?

  • In-stock items: typically ship within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.
  • Custom-minted products: lead times vary with design complexity and run size. Your order confirmation will include an estimated completion date.
  • Waitlisted items: cannot be purchased until restocked. Join the waitlist on any sold-out product page to get an email notification the moment it’s back in stock. Waitlist size drives our restocking priority — items with the most waiting customers are struck next.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue on the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Discreet Packaging

Every shipment leaves our facility in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the box to indicate that precious metal is inside.

Shipping

Carriers & Insurance

We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail from Ozark, Missouri. Every shipment is insured to full declared value while in transit. The carrier is chosen based on order value, destination, and fastest safe delivery — we don’t cut corners on insurance to save a dollar on postage.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $599 (U.S. destinations only).
  • Orders under $599 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on destination and declared value.
  • Expedited shipping is available on request; contact us before placing the order.

Delivery Time

After your package leaves our facility, typical transit times are:

  • Central and Eastern U.S.: 2–4 business days
  • Western U.S. and Alaska/Hawaii: 3–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail takes longer than UPS but provides added chain-of-custody security for high-value shipments.

Carrier delays are outside our control. We refund shipping charges only for packages that are lost or misdelivered by the carrier, not for normal transit variations.

Signature on Delivery

Shipments above $500 in declared value require a signature upon delivery. If you authorize a signature release with the carrier, that release is at your sole risk.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number you can use with the carrier’s website. You can also view order status by logging in to My Account.

Where We Ship

We ship within the 50 United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within seven (7) days at [email protected] with your order number and photos (where applicable). We will replace the affected items, issue a refund, or open a carrier insurance claim depending on the situation. Full procedure in our Return & Refund Policy.

Large Orders & Compliance

Orders Over $10,000

Federal law requires us to report cash and cash-equivalent payments aggregating $10,000 or more in a single transaction (or related transactions) on IRS Form 8300. This is a federal requirement, not an IRV.COM policy. For orders of this size we recommend bank wire transfer for fastest, cleanest processing.

Identity Verification

New customers and larger orders may be asked to verify identity in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. We keep such information confidential and use it only for compliance and fraud prevention. See our Privacy Policy for details.
